Radiopharmaceutical firm Ion Beam Applications (IBA) has launched a rental program designed to enable hospitals and cancer centers to offer proton therapy for their cancer patients.
The Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, firm described its MaxiPRO program as an all-inclusive rental offering that makes a fully operational Proteus proton therapy system available to qualified clients based on predetermined monthly fees. Payment is not required until the center is open for operation.
