German image processing software developer OR Technology has launched dicomPACS DX-R, a new software application for digital x-ray exams.
The software can be used to acquire images from flat-panel digital radiography and computed radiography systems from any manufacturer, and can also control x-ray generators and motorized x-ray systems, helping users improve their workflow, according to the Rostock company.
OR Technology is offering the software to both end users as a standalone software suite and to radiography vendors, who can reduce their development costs by integrating it with their equipment.
