Carestream receives Irish contract

Carestream Health of Rochester, NY, has been awarded a multiyear contract from Mater Private Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.

The contract includes a Carestream DRX-1 retrofit system and DirectView Elite computed radiography system with a mammography feature. The new imaging equipment will integrate with the latest version of the Carestream RIS and PACS.

Installations will begin in the middle of this year and proceed in phases, with completion scheduled for the end of 2010.
