Radiopharmaceutical firm Ion Beam Applications (IBA) of Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, has received an order for four Cyclone 18 cyclotron systems from Eczacıbaşı-Monrol Nuclear Products of Gebze, Turkey.
The order is a step forward in the companies' partnership to develop the PET radiopharmaceuticals market in the Balkans, Middle East, North Africa, and Central and Eastern Europe.
Eczacıbaşı-Monrol is IBA's distribution partner throughout those regions for IBA Molecular diagnostic and therapy SPECT radiopharmaceuticals and PET radiopharmaceuticals.
