Affidea has acquired Clinica Atenea in the Valencia Region of Spain and Oldega Imagistics clinic in Bucharest, Romania.
Clinica Atenea is a diagnostics provider with a network of four clinics located in the metropolitan area of Valencia, including Aldaia, Torrent, L´Eliana, and Alfafar. The clinics offer outpatient consultations in more than 25 clinical specialties and diagnostic imaging services such as MRI, mammography, ultrasound, x-ray, bone scans, and dental CT, as well as laboratory services, Affidea said.
Odelga Imagistics Clinic is located within the Prof. Dr. Alexandru Trestioreanu Bucharest Oncology Institute and offers CT and ultrasound and marks the company’s third acquisition in Romania this year.
With these additions, Affidea has completed a total of 14 acquisitions in eight countries in 2023, adding 25 new centers. The company’s network now stands at 340 centers, Affidea said.
