French independent medical imaging group Excellence Imagerie has secured a long-term partnership with a new stakeholder, Antin Infrastructure Partners.
Excellence Imagerie is one of the largest medical imaging networks in France, with 160 employees and 60 radiologists performing approximately 400,000 consultations per year, the company said. Antin's support will allow the company to implement its development and investment plan by extending its footprint through partnerships with radiologists across the country.
The partnership is subject to customary regulatory approvals, including by the French Departmental Medical Councils (Ordre départemental des Médecins), the company said.
Excellence Imagerie also recently welcomed two new leading groups into its network: GIMA, based in Angers, and Imagerie Duroc, based in Paris, the company added.
