Ultrasound technology developer Echosens has launched FibroScan GO, an ultrasound elastography device that assesses liver health.
FibroScan GO is small and mobile and can be used with an app called myFibroScan. It measures liver stiffness using techniques called vibration-controlled elastography and controlled attenuation parameter. Collected patient data is stored in the Echosens cloud, the company said.
