X-ray developer Nanox has appointed Moshe Shtengel as its new chief business officer, effective on 2 May.
Shtengel comes to Nanox from Tuttnauer, which manufactures sterilizers and infection control systems for medical institutions, where he was vice president of global sales, marketing, and products, Nanox said. He has also served as head of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) health sales and marketing for the surgical business unit of Lumenis; head of global sales and marketing at Truphatek International; and head of BJC Healthcare's clinical trial and compliance business unit.
In April, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration cleared the company's single-source Nanox.ARC digital x-ray. Shtengel will help bring the system to market, Nanox said.
