Radiation oncology vendor Elekta said the London Court of International Arbitration has ruled in its favor in a legal dispute with German firm Livian, formerly humediQ.
As a result, the arbitration has now been finally settled, with all claims against Elekta group companies rejected in full, according to Elekta.
