Diagnostic imaging, outpatient, and cancer care services provider Affidea has completed the acquisition of a Lithuanian private healthcare service company, expanding its European network to 256 facilities.
The purchase of UAB Medicinos Paslaugų Grupė doubles Affidea's presence in Lithuania, from 11 centers to 23. These newly added clinics will allow Affidea clients increased access to medical services ranging from diagnostic imaging and vaccination to specialist consultations and health checks, the company said.
