PACS vendor Sectra's focus on long-term growth produced a double-digit increase in net sales in the third quarter of fiscal 2019 (end-31 January).
In the third quarter, net sales increased by 14% to 341.1 million kronor (32.4 million euros), compared with 300.1 million kronor (28.5 million euros) in the third quarter of 2018. Operating profit advanced 8% to 55.7 million kronor (5.3 million euros), compared with 51.3 million kronor (4.9 million euros) in the same quarter of 2018.
For the nine-month period, net sales increased 11% to 975.1 million kronor (92.6 million euros), compared with 878.6 million kronor (83.4 million euros) in the same period of 2018. Operating profit declined to 150.4 million kronor (14.3 million euros), compared with 155.4 million kronor (14.5 million euros) in the same nine-month period a year ago.
