Orthopedic and podiatric imaging technology developer CurveBeam has signed an agreement with x-ray technology developer Ibex Innovations.
Under the deal, CurveBeam will integrate Ibex's Trueview scatter correction software into its LineUp multiextremity CT imaging system. The companies said the gridless scatter correction technology increases bone contrast by 37% and tissue contrast by 53% in comparison with conventional CT images.
