Teleradiology services firm Medica Group has announced the pricing of its initial public offering (IPO).
The company will place 90 million shares on the London Stock Exchange on 21 March for 1.35 pounds (1.55 euros) per share, it said. The offer is expected to raise 121 million pounds (139.2 million euros), of which 15 million pounds (17.3 million euros) is for the company and 106 million pounds (122 million euros) is for shareholders, according to Medica Group.
