Radiation therapy software developer Vision RT has appointed a new vice president of global customer support.
Mike Schneider comes to Vision RT with extensive executive experience in global customer support, operations, regulatory, and R&D activities in the medical and life science markets, according to the firm.
Most recently, Schneider was at Advanced BioHealing as head of operations, where he was responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that led to a greater than 150% increase in product shipments. Prior to that, he worked at Kinetic Concepts, where he oversaw the global restructuring of service, supply chain, and quality operations. He has spent close to 40 years in senior operations roles, the firm added.
