Private equity partnership Segulah V has purchased Swedish nuclear medicine software developer Hermes Medical Solutions.
Founded in 1976 by Jan Bertling, Hermes provides systems and software for integrating, visualization, processing, and archiving imaging data within molecular imaging and radiology, according to Segulah. It has 65 employees and more than 700 customers worldwide, the firm said.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
