Synektik and Carebot have entered into a strategic collaboration in which they are integrating their AI-based technologies into a platform designed for faster and more accurate diagnosis of lung diseases, including lung cancer, with the aim of eventually providing access to their unified system in all Polish facilities.
The companies announced their collaboration during ECR 2025.
The Czech Republic-based Carebot's AI-based CXR system analyzes x-ray images, detects pathological findings, and generates medical reports. According to the firms, the system can detect both urgent and long-term findings and generates editable initial medical reports automatically. Synektik’s technology will ensure the seamless implementation of the CXR system into hospital systems and clinical workflows, to create a diagnostic platform combining advanced image analysis and clinical practice.
In addition, Carebot said that it is working to extend the tool’s capabilities beyond lung disease to musculoskeletal x-ray analysis and mammography screening.
Carebot and Warsaw-based Synektik said that they aim to provide access to their integrated system to all Polish hospitals not only to modernize healthcare in the country, but also to “bridge the gap” between larger urban facilities and smaller, more rural healthcare facilities in access to advanced diagnostic technology.
