Dr. Jann Medlicott, the former chair of the New Zealand branch of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists, died of cancer on 12 August, according to a story published in the Bay of Plenty Times.
The Tauranga radiologist, who was 79 when she passed away, was a sponsor of the creative arts and literature nationally and in the Western Bay of Plenty region. Medlicott worked as a radiologist from the late 1970s until she retired in 2011.
