Swiss private equity firm Partners Group is on the brink of making an offer for Australian medical center chain Healius, according to an article published on 26 August in the Australian Financial Review.
Partners Group is particularly interested in the company's pathology and medical center units, though, and is hoping there might be another company that could acquire Healius' diagnostic imaging business, the Financial Review reported.
