Radiation oncology software developer Sun Nuclear announced that Iridium Cancer Network in Belgium will serve as a reference site for its SunCheck enterprise quality management software.
As a reference site, the hospital system will support the development of best practices for clinical use, provide advice on product development, and serve as a regional resource for the SunCheck user community, according to the vendor. It will also research SunCheck's effect on patient safety, clinical workflow, and operational efficiency.
The network includes several hospitals in the Antwerp region with a total of 11 linear accelerators, Sun said.
