Billed as researchers' "last chance to be part of ECR 2013," the European Society of Radiology (ESR) reminded attendees of the upcoming 2013 European Congress of Radiology (ECR) of its 25 January deadline for submission of late-breaking abstracts.
All materials considered for the March meeting in Vienna must result in a scientific exhibit (no educational materials) and represent a trial that is ongoing or recently finished at the time of ECR 2013. No studies in which results or preresults have been previously published will be accepted.
In addition, the study design must be prospective, and must be "likely to influence clinical practice in the near future," ESR said. Finally, it said, randomized trials are preferred.
