Agfa to acquire Insight Agents

Agfa HealthCare has announced an agreement with Curagita Holding to acquire all shares of its subsidiary Insight Agents, a European producer of contrast media used in x-ray, CT, and MRI studies.

The final acquisition price is expected to be about 10 million euros ($15 million U.S.) according to the Mortsel, Belgium-based firm.
