Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) developer Volcano has completed the first permanent installations of its s5i IVUS system in both the U.S. and Europe.
U.S. customers include Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City; Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, CA; Providence Hospital in Columbia, SC; the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill; Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital in Dixon, IL; Western Medical Center in Anaheim, CA; and Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs, CO.
Volcano's European customers include Thoraxcenter Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Netherlands; Cardiologisch Centrum Aalst in Belgium; Institut Cardiovasculaire Paris-Sud in Massy, France; Clinique Pasteur in Toulouse, France; West Deutsches HerzZentrum in Essen, Germany; and Uniklinik Kiel in Germany.
