Misonix begins Hungarian sales

Ultrasound technology developer Misonix has expanded its European operations by signing a deal to sell its high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) technology in Hungary.

The Farmingdale, NY, company has formed a distribution relationship with Euro-OPEN KFT for sales of its Sonablate 500 system in Hungary. Sonablate 500 is designed for prostate cancer treatment.
