The RSNA reported a total of almost 23,000 registrants onsite at its RSNA 2021 annual meeting, 4,000 more registrants compared with the society's estimate before the meeting of 19,000 people.
In all, there were 22,999 registrants onsite at McCormick Place. Of the 29,273 people registered for the conference, 79% of them attended in person, media relations senior manager Linda Brooks told AuntMinnie.com via email.
The meeting featured more than 450 educational and science sessions and 1,500 education exhibits; the technical exhibition consisted of more than 500 vendors, including more than 100 first-timers, the RSNA said.
RSNA 2022 will be held from 27 November to 1 December in Chicago.
