site markers and localisation wires

This commitment has recently driven the exciting acquisition of localisation wires, Tuloc™ and biopsy site markers, Tumark®, for the precision and localisation of breast lesions prior to surgery.
Tumark - Identify with confidence
Tumark markers are used for marking biopsy sites and suspicious lesions in the breast using an 18-gauge thin, sharp puncture cannula for minimally invasive treatment. Due to their shapes, the markers anchor firmly in the tissue and are detectable in ultrasound,
X-ray and MRI.
Duo & Tuloc System localisation wires
Accurate marking of breast lesions
Our innovative marking wires allow intraoperative tumour localisation for surgeons by marking breast lesions while minimally invasive for your patients. They have securing anchoring features that anchor into the tissue through a double hook with sharp tips, assisting penetration of the tumour tissue. The positioning of the wires can be corrected by pulling the wire back into the cannula.
Used for marking non-palpable, suspicious breast lesions prior to surgery- Monofilament, rigid marking wire facilitates the intraoperative localisation of findings for surgeons
