Health Education England (HEE) has launched an effort to provide radiology managers with greater support around the accreditation process for radiographer advanced practitioners.
Kerry Mills, HEE National Imaging Program lead in cancer and imaging, said extra resources will be focused on the benefits of the accreditation process for radiographers by the HEE Centre of Advancing Practice and how to support radiographers who are applying for it. The resources will be available from mid-September onward, and a link will be shared publicly via numerous communication channels and networks, she added.
