The U.K. Society of Radiographers (SoR) has released workplace stress management guidance for its members.
The document, called "Stress: A Health and Safety Issue," is intended to offer radiographers ideas for workplace stress management policies, to outline clear risk assessments for workplace stress, and identify how to monitor stress among staff.
"The best way to tackle workplace stress is to have an elected and trained union health and safety representative," the SoR said in a statement released on 6 October.
