The French society of radiology (Société Française de Radiologie, SFR) is recruiting volunteers to join its new ecoresponsibility working group.
The main aim of the group is to ensure radiologists are engaging in ecofriendly practices when performing CT, MRI, ultrasound, and other imaging exams and when storing digital data or waste.
The group will make its first communication action at four screen files sessions during the 2021 Journées Francophones de Radiologie (JFR) congress. It's got the support of Dr. Helene Kovacsik (president of JFR 21), Dr. Paul Champsaur (ecoresponsibility coordinator), and Dr. Jean-Paul Beregi (SFR's vice president of quality).
Further details are available on the SFR website.
