The European Society of Radiology (ESR) has named Dr. Luis MartĂ-BonmatĂ, PhD, as the new editor in chief of its Insights into Imaging journal, effective January 2018.
Dr. Luis MartĂ-BonmatĂ, PhD.MartĂ-BonmatĂ is the director of the medical imaging department at La Fe University and Polytechnic University Hospital and the chief of radiology at Quironsalud Hospital in Valencia, Spain. He is also director of the biomedical imaging research group at La Fe Health Research Institute.
MartĂ-BonmatĂ will replace Dr. Robert Hermans, who has been editor in chief of the journal since 2010. The transition will begin this autumn, according to the ESR.
