Brexit concerns remain in the U.K.

Healthcare providers in the U.K. continue to voice their concerns over the coming consummation of Brexit in March 2019, when the nation is set to leave the European Union.

There have also been warnings about the U.K. leaving the European Atomic Energy Community (Euratom), which regulates Europe's nuclear industry and medical isotope supplies, according to a 1 July report from BBC News.

Prime Minister Theresa May is encouraging a continued "close association" with Euratom after Brexit, as well as the formation of an "associate membership" in the European Medicines Agency (EMA), according to the article.
