DRG publishes overview of German radiation law

The German Radiological Society (DRG) has published an overview of the new Radiological Protection Act, which was approved by the German Parliament on 27 June and becomes effective on 1 October.

The new law originated as a European Union (EU) directive that was first published in 2013, and will replace other previous ordinances. Dr. Peter Wigge discusses the effects of the law on German radiology in an overview that can be downloaded for free from the DRG's website.
