Spanish foundation names ESOR 2020 scholarship winner

The Spanish Radiology Foundation has announced that Dr. Alba Antón Jiménez, a radiology resident trained at the Vall D'Hebron Hospital in Barcelona, has won the European School of Radiology (ESOR) 2020 scholarship.

The foundation has partnered with the European Society of Radiology since 2011 to provide the award, which funds an annual scholarship for the ESOR Visiting Scholarship Program. As the 2020 winner, Jiménez will receive a tutored training program in her program of interest and a three-month rotation in a European center.

The scholarship is separate from other annual awards by the ESOR, the Spanish Radiology Foundation noted.
