Blackford has named Chris Meenan as its chief product officer (CPO). As part of the executive team, he will oversee the company's portfolio of more than 130 AI applications.
Meenan has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare imaging informatics. He is the former CEO and co-founder of Analytical Informatics, a health analytics startup that was acquired by Philips Healthcare, where he then served as global head of product and strategy for data management and interoperability. Most recently, Meenan was CTO at Digital Diagnostics. He has also fulfilled the roles of associate vice chair for clinical informatics in the department of diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore and as chair of the American Board of Imaging Informatics.
