Display firm JVC Kenwood has secured a contract with the Health Service of the Principality of Asturias in Spain to provide 403 color and grayscale medical displays.
The 500,000-euro deal includes 129 MS-S300 three-megapixel grayscale displays and 26 5-megapixel grayscale displays for diagnostic review of digital radiography, CT, and MRI; 242 CL-S300 3-megapixel color displays for diagnostic applications; and six CL-S500 multimodality displays for mammography, the company said.
The Health Service of the Principality of Asturias manages 13 hospitals and 78 health centers in the province, JVC said.
