AFP completes QR buy

Digital x-ray developer AFP Imaging of Elmsford, NY, has closed its acquisition of Italian 3D dental CT developer Quantitative Radiology.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, although AFP did say it funded the purchase of the Verona-based firm through a combination of new equity investors and senior debt.
