Milan, Italy-based contrast agent developer Bracco and biopharmaceutical firm ImaRx Therapeutics of Tucson, AZ, have signed a cross-license agreement for certain patents and patent applications of each other's products.
ImaRx granted to Bracco worldwide, royalty free, nonexclusive rights for certain microbubble compositions solely for use in targeted diagnostic imaging applications.
In return, Bracco gave ImaRx the same rights, patents, and patent applications related to certain microbubble compositions solely for use in therapeutic applications.
