Varian scores large Danish linac order

Radiation therapy firm Varian Medical Systems has received a large radiotherapy equipment order from hospitals in Denmark.

The Palo Alto, CA-based vendor will be installing a total of 14 linear accelerators at Herlev Hospital and Righospitalet in Copenhagen and Hospital South in Næstved. Installation will take place over the next 18 months.
