Radiotherapy firm Accuray of Sunnyvale, CA, has signed a contract to install its CyberKnife robotic radiosurgery system at the N. N. Blokhin Cancer Research Center in Moscow.
The installation will mark the first CyberKnife system in Russia. The Blokhin Cancer Research Center is part of the American-Russian Cancer Alliance, and comprises four institutes, including a 1,600-bed hospital for cancer patients.
