Carestream Health of Rochester, NY, has signed an agreement with a Belgian private teaching hospital to expand its PACS and provide additional computed radiography (CR) systems.
Saint Luc Rouge in Namur will increase its existing PACS and CR capability in October 2007; the additional services will manage a total workload, including mammography exams, of over 6.2 TB across the 360-bed main hospital site and three satellite locations.
Saint Luc Rouge will also have access to orthopedic surgical templates, a digital package that supports specialized surgical templates for trauma cases, and native 3D imaging.
