The parent company of Siemens Medical Solutions of Erlangen, Germany, has again extended the expiration date for its cash tender offer for Dade Behring, the company said.
The new deadline will be October 31, 2007, with Siemens awaiting antitrust clearance by the European Commission. U.S. antitrust clearance was received on September 17, 2007. The transaction is valued at $7 billion.
