Agfa HealthCare of Mortsel, Belgium, said that it has completed the initial phase of the implementation of its Orbis hospital information system (HIS) at the Vivantes Netzwerk für Gesundheit in Berlin.
The HIS installation, which began in September 2004, has been conducted throughout the nine-facility hospital group; in addition, the company's Impax PACS application is at two locations and its RIS is at four sites, according to Agfa.
