Swedish PACS and digital mammography developer Sectra of Linköping has inked a deal with a Danish county for its Sectra MicroDose Mammography system, the company reported.
Sjælland County in Denmark is expanding its mammography operations and plans to install Sectra MicroDose Mammography. The county expects to double the number of women it can screen for breast cancer each year, Sectra said. The deal is estimated at $1.7 million (1.2 million euros).
