Dubai International Capital has purchased European imaging services provider Alliance Medical for 600 million pounds ($1.25 billion U.S.) from equity firm Bridgepoint.
Warwickshire, U.K.-based Alliance operates more than 190 scanners in the U.K., Ireland, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain. It had revenues of 132 million pounds ($274.7 million U.S.) for the year ended March 31, 2007.
The deal is subject to appropriate regulatory approvals.
